Full pad-wrap protection
Every piece of furniture is individually wrapped in heavy quilted blankets in your home, then only unwrapped once placed in its final position. Far fewer chips and scratches than any standard remover delivers.
Our full packing service is the option to choose when you simply do not want to think about packing — you’d rather sleep in your own bed the night before the move with everything still on the shelves where it lives, and come home the day after to find a fully unpacked house. We arrive one or two days ahead of the removals lorry, pack absolutely everything in your home into removal-grade cartons, pad-wrap every piece of furniture in situ, and label every box with its destination room. All materials are included in the quoted price.
It is genuinely everything. Not just the obvious breakables, not just the kitchen china. Every drawer, every cupboard, every shelf, every wardrobe. To give you a sense of scale, here’s a representative inventory for a typical full pack of a 3-bedroom semi-detached home in Eastbourne:
The price we quote for a full pack includes every material we use. You don’t buy boxes on the side, you don’t pay extra for the wardrobe cartons or the picture cartons. For reference, a typical 3-bedroom full pack consumes:
If you were to buy that lot retail it would cost you £300–£450. With our full pack it is included.
Most of our full-pack customers fit one of these profiles:
Honest guide prices for full packing in Sussex, including all materials:
The price varies depending on the contents (a house full of antiques takes longer than a minimalist new-build), the access (steep stairs slow the crew) and the time of year (the August and end-of-month peak weeks have a slight surcharge).
Our signature method
This is what makes the biggest difference to whether your possessions arrive intact.
Every piece of furniture is pad-wrapped where it stands. Drawer fronts taped, corners protected, fragile detail covered — before anything leaves the room.
Wrapped pieces go straight to the lorry and are loaded in a stack-safe sequence, strapped to the bulkhead. They never get unwrapped in transit.
At your new home, pieces are carried in still wrapped, placed in the room and the exact position you choose, and only then unwrapped. The result: damage-free arrival.

Yes. We leave you a “live kit” on pack day — one carton with the kettle, mugs, plates, basic cutlery, plus bathroom essentials and a kettle. Everything else gets packed; the live kit gets packed last and unpacked first.
Yes. Every box, every roll of bubble wrap, every roll of tape and every blanket is included in the quoted price. If you don’t use everything we leave you, we take the rest back. You will not get a bill for materials on top of the quote.
Yes. For lightweight drawers we may leave the contents in situ and tape the drawer fronts shut to save you unpacking. For heavy or fragile drawers, we empty into a labelled carton so the furniture can be moved safely.
Art, antiques, jewellery and very high-value items are inventoried individually with a written condition report and (where relevant) photographs. Anything above your standard insurance excess gets logged separately so the additional cover applies.
No — legally we cannot transport paint, petrol, gas bottles, fireworks, ammunition, propane heaters, BBQ fuel or compressed air canisters. We’ll talk through these at the survey so you can dispose of them properly or carry them yourself.
Of course — that’s our fragile-only packing option or just buy materials from us. Many customers self-pack the easy stuff (clothes, books, linen) and have us do the kitchen, fragile and the wardrobe pack.
